Welcome to Peppy Planet!
By entering or using any facilities within Peppy Planet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. All activities conducted within Peppy Planet are voluntary and recreational in nature.

1. Voluntary Participation
Your participation in all activities at Peppy Planet is entirely voluntary and for personal enjoyment and leisure.

2. Risk Warning – Civil Liability Act (Section 5M)
You acknowledge that activities at Peppy Planet involve obvious and inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Physical or psychological injury
• Friction burns, abrasions, bruising
• Muscle strain, dislocation, fractures
• Dental injuries
• Motion sickness, dizziness, or loss of consciousness
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Collision with equipment, surfaces, or other guests
• Weather-related risks (rain, wind, heat, cold, lightning)
• Sudden movement or malfunction of equipment
You voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.

3. Health & Safety
Certain rides and attractions may have specific height, weight, age, or health restrictions.
Guests with medical conditions (including pregnancy, heart conditions, neck/back problems, high blood pressure, and mobility limitations) should consult medical professionals before participation. You are responsible for evaluating your own physical capability.

4. Supervision of Minors
Parents, guardians, and caregivers accept full responsibility for supervising children or others under their care.
All risks outlined above apply equally to persons under your supervision.

5. Personal Belongings
Peppy Planet is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. Photography & Videography
By entering Peppy Planet, you consent to photos or videos that may be taken within the facility being used for promotional or commercial purposes.

7. Weather Conditions
For safety, Peppy Planet may temporarily suspend, delay, modify, or close attractions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances without refund.

8. Code of Conduct
Guests must follow all rules and instructions. Unsafe, disorderly, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

9. General Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppy Planet (including its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and related entities) is not liable for:
• Negligence
• Breach of contract
• Failure to provide recreational services with due care and skill
This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence by Peppy Planet.

10. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Waiver
You acknowledge and agree that:
• A supplier of recreational services may request that statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law do not apply
• You waive your right to sue Peppy Planet for failure to meet guarantees of due care, skill, or fitness for purpose
• This waiver applies only to liability for physical or mental injury, or conditions that may cause harm or disadvantage
This waiver does not apply to reckless conduct by Peppy Planet.

11. Release and Indemnity
You agree to:
• Release Peppy Planet from all claims arising from participation in activities
• Indemnify Peppy Planet against claims made by third parties due to your participation or failure to follow rules
This does not apply to losses caused by Peppy Planet’s gross negligence.
